Dental Hygienist
Compensation: $50-$60/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, periodontal therapy, and fluoride treatments
- Take digital radiographs and assist with comprehensive patient assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Participate in OralDNA testing and oral-systemic health initiatives
- Utilize laser therapy as part of periodontal treatment protocols (training available)
- Develop and present treatment recommendations in collaboration with the doctor
- Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license in Montana (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in periodontal therapy, preventive dentistry, and patient education
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to take ownership of patient care
